As part of the Employee Value Proposition & Human Capital Communication team at Telkom Indonesia, I designed external presentation materials to support employer branding initiatives, including Living in Telkom and Digistar.

These presentations are used to communicate Telkom’s culture, programs, and value proposition to external audiences such as students, fresh graduates, and digital talent.

Scope of Work

• Developed PowerPoint master slide templates for employer branding presentations

• Designed presentation layouts (slide decks) for external programs and events

• Translated key messages into clear and engaging visual storytelling

• Ensured consistency with Telkom’s employer branding guidelines
