The Help Page for PaDi UMKM was revamped through a comprehensive process that involved benchmarking research to ensure alignment with industry best practices. A well-structured information architecture was developed to enhance usability and clarity. Both Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi prototypes were designed to offer user-friendly solutions that effectively address common user queries. Additionally, a Content Management System (CMS) was created for the Help Section, ensuring ease of maintenance and updates for PaDi UMKM.
